Financial Policy for Upscale Wellness & MedSpa

Thank you for choosing us for all your aesthetic and wellness needs. To ensure a clear understanding of our financial policies, we ask that you review the following information carefully. Our goal is to provide transparency regarding payments, cancellations, refunds, and other financial responsibilities to make your experience with us as seamless as possible.


1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for all services and products:


  • Cash
  • Checks (with valid identification)
  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover)
  • Financing Options (Cherry Financing)

Full payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. For treatment packages or memberships, payment terms will be discussed. Please contact our office for details on financing options or payment plans.


2. Refund Policy

At Upscale, all services and products are non-transferable. Refunds are not provided for services rendered, treatments received, or products opened/used.


For unused treatments or unopened products, refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase, and approval is at the discretion of Upscale. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for returned products. For specific details, please contact our office.


3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

To respect the time of our staff and other patients, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.


Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a fee of $150.

No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in a no-show fee of $150.

Packages or Memberships: Missed appointments may result in the forfeiture of one session from your treatment package, if applicable.

4. Insurance Information

Upscale provides primarily elective and aesthetic services, which are typically not covered by medical insurance. We do not participate in insurance plans for treatments offered at our facility.


5. Consultation and Appointments

We value your time and strive to provide a personalized experience. Consultations are an essential part of your treatment journey at Upscale. During your consultation, our team will discuss your goals, recommend appropriate treatments, and provide detailed pricing information.


Please arrive on time for your appointments to ensure you receive the full benefit of your scheduled service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or rescheduling, at the discretion of our staff, to accommodate other patients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show, and applicable fees may apply.
